In today’s world, something has to change. Traditional management of the 60’s is dead, long gone, but remnants are holding on strong. Large organizations need to fundamentally change the way they work or they will not be able to compete with the startups which are popping up new nimble adaptable companies every day. However there is one thing that is in the way of these larger companies that is making it difficult for them to adopt a new way of working. “Change” – having an entire org change is very very very difficult. It can be done, with the right support, the right focus and the right people.
